Unfortunately, this was not a great first experience of a pedicure. I have a couple of cuts on my toes and two of my nails were filed very short after I’d asked for them to be left alone. It was also disappointing that a couple of the staff laughed at how short some of my nails were and honestly I felt quite uncomfortable for the last 20 minutes. The first lady who did the more pampering aspect was very nice and very good. Other people clearly enjoy going here but this was my experience.

Fantastic experience at Emerald. I can’t stop staring at my nails! I can’t believe it’s taken me 5 years to find somewhere great, but 2 people recommended them to me within the span of a week. I went in excited and came out very happy. My nails were perfect with the dress I wore to my ball and I look forward to having them for holiday. They are gorgeous and so much care was taken to make them perfect. Thank you Miriam also for the fantastic chat, it was super fun.
