It is one of those cases, that seems more normal than it should: you start explaining what you want and you are quickly dismissed, as if stating the obvious. I tried to explain that I wanted all my nails rounded shape, but despite being assured this would be done, I ended up with a mix of square and oval nails. I also pointed out a bubble in the nail polish, but my concern was dismissed, and the bubble remained. A little more active listening would've made a difference.
