The place is absolutely tiny! It was not relaxing at all because I felt I was in everyone’s way. The chair I was sat on was a loose desk chair, not comfortable at all. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but wasn’t taken for 20 minutes despite the fact the beautician being sat there doing the other beauticians nails. She eventually claimed 5 minutes into my appointment she never saw me come in, but the place was so tiny and I clearly came in and said what I was here for. The pedicure itself was fine, she said it was an extra £5 for any glitter nails which was a bit disappointing. I was happy with the results of the actual pedicure overall. But in terms of having a relaxing, therapeutic treatment I would not recommend.
