Despite booking online my appt was skipped and I was left waiting for an hour before anyone addressed it. They said it was due to sickness, but that should've been managed in advance. They offered for another nail tech, who normally works on reception, to do my appt. This person got shellac on my skin, which they tried using an electric file to remove breaking my skin. I didn't trust getting infills & asked for my gels to be removed. Manager thought this was okay service & made me pay in full
