My appointment been moved from one day to another and then was an hour late.
Gabrielle was very nice but it took 2h to do basic nails.
My nails are very thick and uneven.
When I called with complain been told that I can have a discount on my next visit which will never happen after very bad first impression.
First time visiting, Gabriella was so accommodating from the first moment, took so much time and effort in doing my nails and I am so happy with the end result! Will definitely be returning and would recommend to all!
