Emily was great, very warm and friendly and chatty. She understood what I wanted very quickly and executed it perfectly. Excellent value for money on a wash & cut, 4 days later my hair feels great. Amazing cheap and cheerful place to come in Penge.

Watch out! "Running 5 minutes behind" was actually 25! (not even a drink all that time). Then tried to charge more on a £15 "last minute booking." Advertised details clearly state wash & cut / style (normally £25) She said £35 next time? Not good.

Emily did a great job with my hair. I have very long hair and sometimes its difficult to trust a stylist not knowing how short they might cut. She did the exact length i wanted and got rid of all the dry ends. My hair feels so soft now! Amazing job Emily! I will definitely come back for more. 100% recommend!!
