Emily looked after my mum and myself really well. Mum needed a restyle and Emily listened to her and explained what she was going to do during each step. Mum was delighted with the result.

Everything was really great. I had my hair couloured, trimmed and blown dry. Emily is a lovely person and I appreciate very much her advice regarding my grey hair and the fact that she encouraged me to try something new. I highly recommend her.
The only thing that could be improved is perhaps doing a little more rinsing.
