Emily is very efficient, professional , listens carefully of your queries and delivers satisfying results with such a smile and warm personality , from the 1st telephone call you make, till you complete the treatment and always serving you tea/coffee. Amazing treatment from Emily as ever. Even with the current covid restrictions in place she is so professional and creates a lovely relaxed environment. This is my 4th trip back to Emily as she is a joy to receive a treatment from and I know I can trust her 100%. This time my brows are looking wonderful as ever - she has transformed them from thin, patchy and asymmetrical to shaped, symmetrical and tidy, all in the perfect shade and proportion for my natural features.
