I went in for a lash lift and tint and it wasn't a good experience. Emily kept telling me I needed to open my eyes more which inevitably led to the chemicals going into my eyes and burning my eyes. Emily was annoyed but gave me a lash tint instead. The lash tint was fine but the dye stained my skin in several places. I found Emily was too rough and she made me feel like it was my fault. I wasn't offered any kind of refund. So it was £42 for burning eyes and lash tint.
