Can't fault Emily for her services. The attention to detail and time taken is always reassuring to know that she takes care and pride in her work and Emily is always very thorough to make sure the treatment is done to a high standard that both her and the client are happy with. Wouldn't go anywhere else for brow or lash treatment.
Jade was also very attentive and thorough with my nails, BIAB, nails look lovely 😍

I went in for a lash lift and tint and it wasn't a good experience. Emily kept telling me I needed to open my eyes more which inevitably led to the chemicals going into my eyes and burning my eyes. Emily was annoyed but gave me a lash tint instead. The lash tint was fine but the dye stained my skin in several places. I found Emily was too rough and she made me feel like it was my fault. I wasn't offered any kind of refund. So it was £42 for burning eyes and lash tint.
