In terms of the hydra facial itself was expecting it to be a full face treatment when cleaning the blackheads - not just focusing on the nose and chin area (any other area is charged at an additional cost). This needs to be highlighted as I was under the impression it would be a full face treatment.

Aisha is a great technician! So kind, friendly and puts you at ease. The treatment has been 100% amazing, can not fault it. Whilst you have to be persistent with lazar hair removal, I’ve been coming to eminent for a year now and my hair barely grows back at all anymore! Would recommend the treatment and eminent every time xx
