I had left my wax slightly longer than usual this time so me and Emma had much to catch up on. I think I even forgot why I was there as we were chatting non stop. It’s always such a pleasure to see Emma. Which is a weird phrase to say regarding going for a wax 😂

Waxing is no one’s idea of a fun day out but Emma makes it a real treat. She goes out of her way to make customers feel comfortable and relaxed in what could be an awkward situation and takes a lot of care to keep the pain to a minimum. I came away feeling like I’d been having a cuppa with a friend, but with a perfect wax to boot! Also great value for money. Thank you Emma!
