I wasn't very happy this time. Previous times I have been I have let it slide that instead of the usual customer to hairdresser conversation the hairdresser talks about herself and her problems. I think it's probably I personal thing but I turned up to pay for a service needing care and time out myself and I ended up giving advice that was then rejected. I left feeling more tense than when I had arrived. It's a shame as I had been a repeat customer and now I will be going elsewhere.
