I had read good reviews and was keen to try out Emma. Unfortunately it became apparent that she wasn’t familiar with cutting curly hair as she brushed it out before washing and dried it on a high heat setting with no curl cream. The reason am why I’m not giving a 1 star review is because she did straighten it so that I could leave with something decent but that was after my insistence. I also felt the space was not very clean or tidy.

Emma really listens to how you want your hair cut and offers a professional opinion if she thinks that it might need amending a little bit (on her advice, I didn't have my hair cut so short on top and I am glad that I didn't!).
