It was very relaxing not to be in a salon and feel rushed around. Emma Jo is very pleasant and the experience was very pleasant. As other reviewers said, she took great care to ensure she understood what I wanted both with the pedicure and the haircut. I have a better hair style now than I've had for at least 2 years!
