This appointment was for my teenage son who hadn’t had a haircut since before lockdown. He wanted something very specific and Emma got it spot on. He still hasn’t stopped smiling 2 days later. I can’t wait to be back next week to get my hair coloured and cut by Emma. I have been going for a couple of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Emma isn’t just a fantastic hairdresser, she is very welcoming and friendly too. She immediately put my mind at ease and knew exactly what my hair needed 😊

Emma is the ultimate professional. She certainly knows her business inside out. Testament to her skill is the many compliments I have had over the years (sometimes from complete strangers) and people wanting to know where I get my hair cut! I went four months in lockdown without a cut and the shape was still good.

Emma is an experienced and attentive stylist who always wants to do her best for her clients, particularly if you want to change your look or experiment. Her feedback is honest and based on her years of experience. She has been styling my hair for over 25 years and people still comment and ask for her number! Glasshouse Salon is a secluded treasure.
