I booked a luxury manicure pedicure. I did think it was very cheap but assumed it would either be a trainee or someone new establishing a client base. when I arrived she said its not a manicure pedicure Its a file and gel polish. Really wanted to leave because a polish was least that I wanted or expected. Wish I had because I've since looked and on the website a file and gel polish is £13 for hands and £13 for feet. miss sold and overcharged for the privelege. Do not recommend

Like a lot of reviews have said, Emma cancelled my booking and promised to give me a refund. After being strung along by Emma for the past three weeks i still have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted Treatwell and am now waiting for them to get me a refund.
