Luxury facial was good, the consultation was informative and massage was good. However, customer service was poor. Address is not correct. Upon selecting her service, she removed the original discount offer and was only told on the day of the facial. I accepted to pay the extra half in cash and at the counter they tried to charge me more than my original selection. Not a very professional way to handle mistakes on their behalf. And still awaiting my emailed receipt.

Me and my Mum had a lovely relaxing massage with Emma, we had previously booked in for massage and facial treatments in the past and definitely will be booking again. I highly recommend Emma for all massage and facial/beauty treatments, plus the beauty studio is based in an ideal location in Liverpool city centre.

I had a lovely experience with Emma; she really listened to what I wanted and the results were beautiful. It was an overdue manicure and pedicure and Emma made such a difference with them! Would highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back! I have found my new favourite place!
