I am very disappointed with my visit at Emma’s salon today. Initially my appointment was booked for 11 but a nice lady phoned me and asked politely if I could come 30 minutes later as her staff has double booked the slot. That wasn’t a problem but then on my arrival no one was ready to see me. I was sat down waiting for 20 minutes when eventually someone came over and took me to the room where I got undressed for my bikini wax treatment. 10 minutes later I was still sitting there on my own, half naked. It didn’t seem that anyone was coming so I decided to get dressed and leave. When I went to the reception and asked for my refund the lady apologised and said she would do my treatment now and very quickly.
She did it very quickly. I had wax remains on my body and on my jumper too.
On top of that when I was about to leave the lady who did my wax asked me to pay £7 more because the wax she used was more expensive 🤦🏻♀️
I couldn’t believe it.
I understand it’s Christmas and that the salon was very busy but if you know you have someone waiting for wax and you are understaffed then you don’t take all the walk ins for the eyebrows. The ladies working there looked very very busy and stressed.
Reassuming I don’t think I want to come back to Emma’s Beauty Salon because today’s experience made me feel unnecessarily upset and it was supposed to be a nice pre Christmas Saturday morning.

The lashes I got were more like Russians I asked for classics individual what I got was lots of clumps of lashes and by this morning Sunday and had them done Friday half have fallen off on my right eye and the left are starting I fall out now wouldn’t recommend the shop for lashes at all
