Booked for wax and pedicure and paid online, when I arrived I was informed that I can no longer get the pedicure as their licence had run out, I asked about a refund as I paid online and was offer 20% off the wax. It was a shame I couldn’t get the pedicure as that is really why I booked, just waiting on my refund. Wax was fine
There was come confusion over the payment and they didn’t have confirmation that I’d prepaid so perhaps a flaw in the system? But overall happy with service and ease of booking.
The staff are good at what they do although maybe just a little friendlier and warm. They kept asking me what treatment I booked for and I didn’t want to keep saying Bikini wax out loud. Maybe they could offer some juice or tea ☕️ just the little things that make you more comfortable.
