Staff was okay they did try, eyebrow threading was really good they maintained the shape and was a nice clean job. Was okay there was nothing delux about the ”delux pedicure treatment” will not be paying that much again was a basic pedi to me. Also I booked to have it done on my day off but when I arrived I was told the person who does it was off so I had to reschedule which was inconvenient as I had to leave work early to accommodate to her availability. they were unaware of my booking and couldn’t have my eyelash removal done as they didn’t remove individual lashes they only do clusters.

Emma’s beauty always normally threads my eyebrows great! But this time my eyebrows were threaded to thin and with no shape. I was also told to not bother with booking quick treatments through Treatwell.. I found this a bit strange as they are normally always busy so it’s better for me to book a time.
