This is the second time i went to this salon to get waxing done and wasn't satisfied . It was very rushed and when i came home there were a lot of hairs missed out on my legs. I was told that i had to pay more for hot wax which wasn't specified on their website. The nail table was very dirty also.

When I arrived they did not know I had a booking but they weren't busy so they did the threading then anyway. The shop atmosphere is ok but there isn't a lot of privacy. The lady doing my brows did not really ask me how I wanted them done, and did not give any advice about what shape to go for. Ok for the price.

Rapid, nice conversation, makes you feel comfortable, considerably more pain free than other places I have been.

Appointment was elayed by 20 mins due to shortage of staff, however Mendy done a very great job within the time limit I had. I have done waxing in the same salon previously but wasn't satisfied completely, Mendy went above and beyond to make sure she covers every corner to leave me hair free. Very quick and friendly. Thank you
