Appointment was elayed by 20 mins due to shortage of staff, however Mendy done a very great job within the time limit I had. I have done waxing in the same salon previously but wasn't satisfied completely, Mendy went above and beyond to make sure she covers every corner to leave me hair free. Very quick and friendly. A lovely shellac on toes and hands therapist really charming and took her time and did a brilliant job despite it being very busy .

The salon had double booked so I had to wait for 35 mins before having my waxing done. I thought I was getting the £30 package but ended up paying £47. When waxing the lady asked if I wanted the underneath and top done which I said yes, turns out this was then charged separately as a brazillian wax.
