Horrendous. Avoid going here. First arrived, they didn't know I had a booking. Then the waiting sofa is facing the treatment rooms so when I went in to have the treatment, underdressed and was laying there everytime the woman went in or out everyone on the sofa could see inside - massive privacy issue! They then done an awful job and I keep finding sections of hair that the missed to the point where it needed to be done again. Then when I went to pay they charged an extra £7 on top of what's posted ok treatwell with no explaination. I paid it thinking 'im pretty sure it wasn't that much online or I wouldn't have booked it' checked - and low and behold it was overcharged. I will never return here given the horrendous job they did, very poor English, being overcharged and the privacy issue, not to mention the other girls bits who I saw whilst I was waiting!!!!! Appalling salon.

The staff and place was lovely! So clean and really nice caring people.
The pedicure - there was not a lot of colour choice for normal polish, a lot of the colours were the same.
Also they do not use callus removers and do not use any 'blades' just foot scrub and no cuticle removal so please be aware of this. I was a bit disappointed as I would not have booked here if that was made clear as i have dry skin around my toes which were left untouched. The paint job on the toes and shape was not very good I had to go home and clean it up myself. Would not reccomend here for a good pedicure.
The threading was really painless and done very quickly. It was done very well but one brow was threaded too thin than the other. I would deffo go back and make her aware of this next time as I loved the shape.

It was a lovely and thorough pedicure. Everything was sanitized and I felt like it was a great pedicure for what I paid. Definitely go back again!
