Very disappointed!
When i arrived the lady on reception tried to charge me more stating what i paid for on treatwell wasnt the services they offered and then another member of staff approached me and said they were happy to do the treatments i paid for so i was happy with that. Then the 3 woman proceeded to the back of the shop leaving me sitting waiting for my mani, and began shouting at each other for a good few mins and with the lack of shellac colours i was starting to feel very disappointed. If all of this wasnt bad enough the mani i had was awful, the shellac is all the way up to my skin and when i questioned it, the lady told me its because i had dry skin, yeah whatever. Then it was time for my pedi as you can tell already it wasnt any better i just didnt feel relaxed or comfortable i couldnt wait to get out of their i just wanted to cry! The whole experience was dreadful.

Emma's beauty do not offer Massage at the moment, apparently only massage therapist is on maternity leave, so my appointment never happen. I was very disappointed. I hope Treat Well takes off on the list any massage treatments for this Venue. I do not hope anyone else to feel the disappointment as I did.
