I had 4 treatments done and it was the worst experience. I'm so disappointed. I arrived and they weren't expecting me but luckily it was 9am so there was someone free. The lady doing my manicure hurt my cuticles and then did a sloppy job with the clipping, filing AND nail varnish. My nails weren't buffed. They brought out a pumice stone that looked mouldy so I had to ask for a new one then she forgot to use it anyway. The lady who did my manicure also did my wax and left SO many bits of wax on me and tried to rush doing my underarms whilst I was sitting there picking it off! The staff are nice people but they just don't know what they're doing. I was told the manager would call me about a giving me some money back but I haven't heard and it's been a week. The whole thing was a shamble.

The attitude wasn’t nice form lady, didn’t made the visit nice and comfortable, was quite rude, and it wasn’t done that quick as usually, more painful and more uncomfortable,floor dirty, paper to cover bed was too small( didn’t covered all bed)
Dropped wax on my jumper, then tried to to clean it with oil( now I need to put in bin).
