My partner bought me a voucher for a pedicure which I booked but it was cancelled because they are not doing pedicures????!!! I went to the shop and there were a lot complaining because of this from other customers. I thought maybe I'd use the voucher for a massage to be told they are not doing massages! I want a refund.
