Really pleased with my highlights and haircut, colour is perfect. Staff were all nice. Had to wait a while when I came in but was offered coffee and my hair was still finished on time. Would go back to this salon.

The worst experience of a blow dry ever, far too much products in my hair left my hair thick & greasy looking. After the brushes were basically ripped out my hair the girl proceeded to brush the curls out with a tangle tweezers brush leaving my hair basically a frizzy mess. I had to leave the salon & drive home to pay £20 for another blow dry !

As always, I had an amazing experience at Jade's salon having my hair cut and coloured. She took the time to catch up with me following my last visit and I was very happy with the finished result. Also, loving the new hair products in stock (Matrix) - great value and really good quality. Perfect City Centre Salon! Thanks Jade!
