I enjoyed my haircut with Jade Hayter and I always like the result. My first appointment was cancelled but I was able to reschedule it. Though the time we discussed on the phone was different from what was the booked in the system. It still worked for me. I would definitely go back.

Staff are just so nice and make you feel at ease and always listen to what you would like to have done.

Lovely surroundings. Lovely staff. Cut method was explained. Am always difficult to please as though I love having my hair cut I always hate the result till it has grown a bit again. Well cut though and look forward to it growing just a bit more to be comfortable with it. That's just my quirk and nothing to detract from the quality of the experience.

Difficult to find and atmosphere wasn't great. Was told it would take 30 minutes, ended up being in the salon for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ok but not a fab experience.
