Had a really positive experience- again! Emma and her colleagues are really friendly. I was having my roots redone and Emma done a great job. We bleached, toned and discovered the root had come lighter which Emma noted straight away and suggested what we could do to further tone the root.
She offered for me to stay later in the appointment or to come back if I was tight on time, I was happy to stay, but I did appreciate this though. We finished with Emma and Caitlin styling my hair together!
