Olivia was friendly and courteous- checking what kind of pressure I liked. Her massage was really perfect and the oils were lovely. I didn’t feel rushed, and was offered a tea afterwards. Very relaxing and the receptionist was very professional and nice to chat to. Excellent customer service and the ambience was what I expect at a spa.
This was my first time at Emma's Tulse Hill salon and it was amazing. It's well and truly steps ahead of any other offering in the area! The staff and treatment were great. Many thanks! I will be back.
