Lovely atmosphere and Maria was very welcoming and the massage was amazing! I've been suffering from Tension headaches and this massage has already helped a great deal with that and stress. Definitely recommend Empathy to anyone and this won't be my last visit.

Excellent experience at Empathy. Very relaxing facial with added shoulder and neck massage was great. My skin felt amazing afterwards.

my feedback would be that all the staff there are friendly, it's nice and clean. But the room I received my massage in was cold and during the massage they should ask if I would like it softer or harder. This would have made it an even nicer experience. Minor improvements needed, overall a nice place.
