I am a very new customer of Rachel’s and not being a girlie girl I struggle in the beautician atmosphere as some speak in overly technical jargon. Rachel is not one of those people. She made me feel comfortable from first contact to my first treatment. My first treatment was tinting of brows and my next is powder brows which I can’t wait to see the results for.

Had my brow top up this week and cannot fault Rachel, she’s a superstar as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommended in my opinion, I was very nervous about having the 1st treatment but need not have worried and then couldn’t wait to get back for my top up.

Rachel makes every trip to see her very enjoyable and you know you will leave feeling good. I have tried all of her treatments and go back regularly for maintenance. A visit is always confidence boosting whether it’s for eyebrows or nails. When I had my brows micro bladed I actually fell asleep it was so relaxing. I can’t wait to try her new treatments!
