I found empire hair & beauty on treatwell and after reading other reviews I decided to give them a try. I went in to get my hair dyed and cut. Nora took great care of me and my hair she found a colour that matched my skin tone and she was very attentive when I told her how much hair I wanted cut off. I highly recommend this salon the staff are highly experienced and attentive.
