I have been at Empire for lashes lift and tint already and the first time I was really impressed with the results which lasted so long. Unfortunately the second time was really disappointing, Sarah is the girl who did last time and so was also this time, but this time she did an unprofessional job I am sorry to say it because I don’t really like complain but this time couldn’t be avoided: I arrived at the venue and I followed her in the treatment room, first of all I straight sensed that she was quite annoyed like she couldn’t be bother also last time she did my lashes she said she would leave the perm on longer are my lashes are really thick, this time she definitely didn’t do that but quite rushed to finish in fact as result many of my lashes went down in one week and it looks really funny. I have now booked a new place in Ealing hopefully they won’t do the same trick: make you happy the first time and then bad treatment the following ones.
