Sara is an amazing person and easily the best nail technician I found in London. After almost two week schellac still looks as strong as ever - never had it before as by this time I’d have an odd nail peeling off. So I’m definitely coming back to Sara, as well as I’m coming back for cut and highlights. Also want to try facial and massage as spa room looks very appealing and Sarah is very empathetic so I’m sure it will also go brilliant! The little salon is spotless, and I easy recommend it to anyone.

Amazing! Sarah was so precise and calm while working, it was so relaxing to get my nails done here, and super quick as well since we finished 20/25 minutes in advance, furthermore my nails were terrible before we started, while now they look so nice! definitely 5/5 😄

My experience was ok ish. My hair was not combed prior to Having hair dye done And I found That my hair was rather pulled, if my hair was combed this would avoid any tension around. Marcin cut my hair very well, hair Colour looking at the photos taken straight after not that great.I came to this saloon after seeing very positive reviews. I am european myself And I do understand polish language(saloon is Polish) but I didnt feel That communication was Great. There was As less As possible communication Which made me feel very unease. On arrival I didn’t get that vibe of getting warm welcome and I was not asked if I would like any drink like water during time spent there Which was About Good two hours ( I had to ask to get a Glass of water). I paid through treatwell And When Asking if All fine re payment That was made through treatwell (this included hair cut, hair dye, blow dry and style the lady behind the till asked Marcin if All fine And he said in Polish Which was later translated to me That I have to Pay 18 pounds extra. I have paid this But Nobody Really explained to me Why I was charged 18 pounds extra, neither this wasnt discussed prior to Having my hair done whether That would involve more cost And What for so I would say communication level was Poor.The saloon is next to busy Road Which is very loud so unlikely you could relax there.
