I had a Hollywood (hot wax on request with additional 5£ charge) and Underarm waxing. I experienced a warm welcome from the lovely owner of the place. She made sure to heat up a little bit before we started. She was professional and very friendly. One or two things that could be improved is privacy during the session. Please make sure to cover up private areas before opening the door to avoid involuntary exposure. And I’d recommend better lighting in order to see eventually remaining hairs after treatment. All in all the result was satisfying with great value.

Nainjot is extremely welcoming and makes sure you’re comfortable! She’s full of advice and tips on skin care and the over all customer service is a 10/10. She makes sure she delivers as best as she can and goes out of her way to make her customers happy. I highly recommend booking at Empress Beauty Lounge.
