I was flying to Birmingham from Scotland for a one day business meeting and booked my treatment whilst sitting at the airport. I had a small window of opportunity to get some waxing done and everything was so easy from booking to finding the salon.

Toenails on the floor, foot files looked very dirty, used same files and buffers for everyone, not a very thorough massage, poor polish application.
