Staff were very polite and wonderful, really friendly. Had a great experience and I will be going back there now as I’ve been looking for a salon in Birmingham since moving here. Efficient and educated me on the different type of waxes and let me try out before I decided. Hot wax is £20 strip wax is £15 the website needs updated but she’s aware of that. Salon is cash only but there a cash point couple doors down. Also told all my friends about her so more customers to come her way

I had a Hollywood (hot wax on request with additional 5£ charge) and Underarm waxing. I experienced a warm welcome from the lovely owner of the place. She made sure to heat up a little bit before we started. She was professional and very friendly. One or two things that could be improved is privacy during the session. Please make sure to cover up private areas before opening the door to avoid involuntary exposure. And I’d recommend better lighting in order to see eventually remaining hairs after treatment. All in all the result was satisfying with great value.
