Very happy with eyebrows never go anywhere else for them

Paid £90 and feel robbed as I didn't get what I paid for. Turned up for 11.40am appointment to be told I'm early. Showed her my booking is for 11.40am and she continued threading a ladies eyebrows and then went on to threat another one! She started my 1 hour facial at 11.50am [so yes late] and finished it at 12.40pm. So she cut my hour facial down by 10 minutes. Starts my 1 hour massage at 12.40pm abd finished at 1.20pm. So my 1 hour message became 40 minutes! I was literally robbed...
