Nisha took her time with my appointment and made sure I was hair free! Nicer with the heater off in the treatment room. Feel like the floor needs the wax removed/cleaned a bit deeper as it can get stuck to you when you're getting changed.

Was in and out in a jiffy, although it did feel a tad rushed this time. Nisha is a great therapist though and very kind - few hairs left on my leg and bikini area but nothing I can't sort out myself. Thank you!
