Very good from a practical point of view, excellent at what she does but zero interpersonal skills. Because she is so good at her job, I’ve ignored her condescending, belittling remarks. She has laughed at me when I’ve said I take a light painkiller before waxing and told me it doesn’t work (what does it matter to her whether I take one or not). She has mocked me on several occasions! It takes an awful lot for me to complain, an awful lot. But I’m done now. Mocking the customer is never good
