Love visiting Carmel at her salon, I travelled over from North Wales after visiting her several times before Covid ,however due to restrictions being different in Wales I am now able to come over to the Wirral for her to get me back to normal. She is so experienced, attentive and knowledgeable, I left her salon on a high, in fact I was on cloud 9 with my newly styled short cut which made me feel more like me and according to my partner who loved it. He said I looked happy and radiant. TY Carmel.

Friendly, respect, Knowable no fault on it, staffing great.
Only having issue chair when washing hair, I found hard to sit and feel uncomfortable.
But still always goes back, because my hairstyle know what I like to have my hair done by then.
