Brenda is a lovely hardworking lady. She exactly knows where the tense muscles are during my deep tissue massage. I've been with different therapists and she was the first and only one to bring to my attention that I have an uneven back. I realised then that this was where the chronic back pain was coming from and so I went to book an appointment with specialists (physio and chiro).
My Thai foot massage was brilliant. I couldn't recommend it enough. It was so relaxing that I keep dozing off.

Brenda works very hard and is very skilled at massage . I have been going to her for a number of years now because she is very good at finding knots and strained areas and working to loosen and reduce pain. I would thoroughly recommend Brenda, she is very kind and has always made me feel welcome

There is a reason I’ve returned to Brenda for nearly 4 years. She is fab at what she does, and has responded really well to the COVID-19 pandemic- all hygiene measures in place whilst maintaining and calm and relaxing atmosphere. There is no better in Southampton!
