I have had a few massages now, and nothing will compare to the first massage. Anyways, still ok value for money and like I said I am going to keep going as its convienient, VFM, looks clean, staff are welcoming, good ambience etc.

I booked a foot massage, because, I was really in pain, the pain is almost gone, the man, who did the massage, was very prepared, a really reflexology foot massage. I will suggest it to everyone. the receptionist wasn't really welcome.

The massage itself was great.
Customer service could be better - no welcome from receptionist, no offer to get some water (on a hot day), she just asked me for money and showed a room. The massage was few minutes too short - not enough to make a fuss, but it adds to the overall picture of bad customer service.
