Thorough and did the trick, at times towards the edge of my pain threshold (I'm not an experienced massage-ee though). I was looking for something relaxing and to take away some of the tension that had built up over a long month in the office - it definitely did the latter, not so sure I could say I relaxed though. I quite liked it and would go again, but not sure it would be for everyone.

The second back, neck and shoulder massage here in the past few weeks and it was just as good, my first one was better but this one was good, wish she did more on my neck area. Otherwise, overall, it was good value for money.
