Friendly Receptionist, clean nice premises, good firm massage (at times too firm). But no questions at all about my health or anything else about me, no introduction or explanation of the treatment, no checking how things felt. The masseuse seemed to know what she was doing but it felt like quite a cold experience - more of a nurturing, personal feel would have been appreciated. It felt quite business-like and finished five minutes early.
it was the first visit: and my neck and shoulders had been painful for some time, no longer able to be ignored. First, the place is efficient: the receptionist, also the masseuse - I didn't get, nor ask, her name - was friendly but reserved, which was fine: powerful, painful at times, but it worked. The place is utilitarian, certainly not luxurious: fine by me. Will return - since the condition, for one who writes a lot, isn't susceptible to cure.
