They overbook. I had to wait 30 min after my appointment time because only 2 women were working.
I left with unfinished gel removal. They stopped and said they couldn’t continue on my hands because it was hard gel and needed a drill. Even though my feet were done - it just meant I needed acetone longer on my nails.
Another customer beside me (only there on a voucher because they ripped skin from her eyebrow)found another nail salon to go to and it was removed in 8 minutes with just acetone.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
The tratment was super quick and I was very satisfied with result. I had to reschedule last minute and despite being busy they found a slot for me so i appreciated they went above and beyond to accommodate
