To start off I’m really disappointed that I am having to leave a negative review, I was looking forward to having a little Mother and Daughter (4) beauty session with us both getting our hair cut and styled,I purposely booked this salon as it was local. When we arrived we were told the stylist had left as they had not been aware of the on line booking and blamed Treatwell. They did attempt to get a hold of the stylist but they only managed to get her around 20 mins after my appointment was to start, to be fair the stylist did say she would travel back but this would have been another 10 mins and by this time my little girl was getting a little fed up so we decided to leave. They did offer an alternative appointment for a couple of days later but as I have a young family I advised would check and get back to them. Now despite the booking issue I was prepared to call them back but as we opened the door to leave I heard one of them snigger as we walked out, which was really unprofessional and unfair as I was being very reasonable especially as I had my little girl with me. Really disappointed, I’m just hoping this was a one off.
