The appointment had not been sent through from Treatwell so Enhance did not have me booked in but they bent over backwards to fit me in and the staff were lovely, apologetic (although not their fault) and gave great service. I would book with them again

the person doing the treatment did not introduce herself asked if I had had the treatment before so no advice instructions given
