I thought the venue was beautiful, but the customer service could have been better. My therapist didn’t talk the whole time and only remembered to put music on halfway through. My face looked amazing after the treatment but during was tough to breathe as during the extraction the lady had her fingers up my nostrils! Most likely a normal part of the procedure, but I found it a little strange and my nose hurt for days afterwards. I felt a little rushed and no aftercare was given. Friendly staff.
