The atmosphere was calming, the therapist was professional and attentive, and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing. They also allowed me to film as part of my content which is an extra bonus. Average experience from start to finish. Pleasant staff but was pushed to purchase a massage & skincare products before & after my appointment, even though it was my first time at the salon. Language barrier with the aesthetician meant the receptionist had to come into the treatment room and translate, awkward start. Lights were kept on full brightness throughout treatment which was uncomfortable, as well as the music being too loud. Extractions were beyond painful, I had to ask her to stop
